Shipping policy
Chez Bloom makes every attempt to ensure delivery of flowers to each customer. In the checkout process, we ask for a correct delivery address as well as a contact number for the person that you are sending flowers. In addition, our window of delivery to that location is typically from 11:00 AM (CST to 4:00 PM (CST). It is the responsibility of the person sending flowers to ensure the person receiving flowers is at the address on the order on the delivery date specified between the hours of 11:00 AM (CST) to 4:00 PM (CST). We follow a strict contactless delivery protocol where each person receiving flowers is given notice of the delivery and a time frame. Our drivers wear masks and send notification via text and/or phone call that the flowers have arrived. Chez Bloom is not responsible for the flowers once delivery has taken place whether it originate from Chez Bloom or a Courier. Should the person receiving flowers not be home, or respond to our driver (or courier) in regards to the delivery, we may make the decision to bring the flowers back to the shop. The flowers will then be available for pickup or an additional delivery fee will be required for an additional delivery attempt. We greatly appreciate your business and want to ensure the flowers are reflective of what you ordered online.
