Customer Care Policy

The best and easiest way to order Chez Bloom flowers is through our online ecommerce website. Should you place an order via telephone, email or text each order is subject to an additional 4% credit card processing fee due to manually entering information. We have a 24-hours communication policy, which means you have 24-hours after receiving your flowers (or the flowers you send to another person) to discuss any issue with the floral item received or ordered. Our floral team places a great deal of value on each floral arrangement which leaves our mom and pop brick-and-mortar shop. Each customer is appreciated and we do our best to ensure each transaction is given a great deal of attention. We sweat the small stuff!


To notify us of a flower issue, you can contact us at chezbloom@gmail.com or via telephone at (612) 822-2003 which his the preferred method. We may ask for photos of the arrangement, how the flowers were cared for upon delivery, and/or when you were notified of the delivery. Though we strive to not substitute flowers for any given arrangement, there may be color variations with each individual flower dependent on the season and availability from the farmers.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Though we would not ask you to return the flowers, we would ask for the vase the flowers arrived in should the arrangement be replaced. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
