FAQ
When will my order arrive?
We can deliver the same day your order is placed if you complete checkout by 10am. If your order is places after 10, Tuesday-Saturday, the soonest we can deliver will be the next day. Our arrangements go out by 12pm every day, making our delivery window 11pm-3pm.
Can you deliver at a specific time?
While we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, we understand some time restraints for delivery. If you need an arrangement to be delivered for an event, try to order at least two days in advance and leave a message in your order note with at least a 3 hour delivery window. If you need a delivery outside our normal delivery window, give us a call at +1(612)-822-2003 and we can try to work something out.
Can I track the delivery?
We do not issue tracking numbers to our deliveries as we do not have the capacity to track the location of an order. If you would like to receive a notification that your order has been delivered, please leave a message in your order note and we will do our best to comply.
What if you attempt delivery and no one is home?
We address each delivery on an individual basis. If there is a protected area for us to leave the arrangement shaded and protected from the elements, we will opt to leave the arrangement at the delivery address and attempt to contact or leave a message with the recipient. Our next step is to attempt to leave it with a neighbor and contact or leave a message with the recipient. If those options have been exhausted, we will bring the arrangement back to the shop and wait to hear from the recipient before re-attempting delivery.
How do I make my flowers last as long as possible?
The number one thing you can do to keep your flowers looking fresh is to keep the water level in the container as full as possible. Using cold water when refilling your container. Our favorite method of refilling containers is to place your arrangement in the kitchen sink and let cold water pour into the container for a minute or two. Keep your arrangement out of direct sunlight and in a cool place. If an individual flower wilts faster than the rest of the arrangement, remove it from the container as it could shorten the life of the other stems. A complimentary packet of floral preservative should be included with your arrangement. Simply follow the instructions on the back of the packet to maximize the life of your flowers.
